"We came from another agent that closed his doors and we were with him for over a decade. We liked him so much that we brought other people to him, and they all stayed with him for a long time. After he closed his agency, we were switched to this new agent. We were worried about the possibility of losing a great service provider and that this new place may not see us the same. We're pleasantly surprised with their staff. They are very attentive and their fast response is greatly appreciated. We've asked for information a couple of times and they responded fast and were very courteous with us. They answered our questions and got us set up with our requested changes right of way. I believe that insurance is expensive everywhere. So deciding may be tough. So service should make a huge difference in deciding your next provider. I recommend this agency 100%."
